Refund policy
We are only too happy to answer any queries you may have in regards to a specific garment in an effort to make sure you choose a piece that is right for you. All of our garments are carefully handmade by our talented team. Handmade items are always unique and individual. What may appear as a variation or irregularity is the characteristic of a hand-crafted product.
We do not bulk manufacture items in a factory so not every piece is the same. Please understand we don’t offer refunds for simply a change of mind. We aim to maintain our focus on sustainability by limiting the production of our garments.
Damages and issues
All care is taken in producing your garment, however, we understand that sometimes issues do arise. Should this be the case when you receive your garment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to discuss the issues and organise a solution for you. No return will be accepted if you have not contacted us first. Both the shipping for the return item and shipping of the new exchange is at the customers expense. All returns must be received back unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Dragonfly Tasmania is not liable for any losses in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
